Speaking of Asshattery

I'm not sure that this was what you degenerates had in mind, but there you go.

This belongs to JF. He's a Donald Duck fan, and bought this 'asshat' in the Magic Kingdom in 2005. Yes, he wore it, even in the heat. Yes, he *does* march to his own internal theme music -- thanks for noticing.

Aright, when I stop laughing, I will have to leave a proper comment.

(PS: Donald is my own personal Asshat's favorite Disney character. Coincidence? I think not.)

Love the hat. I'll have to get one for my step-father, TellsDonaldDuckStories.

Liz -- if you can find it (it was 2005's hat) look at Micky's Philharmagic. On the other side, it has a little Philharmagic tag, since it stars Donald. Why they named it MICKEY'S Philharmagic when it stars Donald is beyond me.

I have a leftover hippo hat and tutu from the time I was in the Disneyland parade. If you think an asshat is bad, try being dressed up like a dancing hippo.

Jaime -- oooh! I'd LOVE to have one of the hippo costumes. And a Disney costume to boot! Want to sell it? :) It REALLY freaks people out when a fat woman goes dressed as something large. They don't know WHAT kind of reaction to have -- should they mention it at all, should they look away?

I thought about putting together an Ursula costume, but it'd be hotter than the pits of Hades in that thing here. We do have a full-body Beast costume, complete with lots of fur and huge cape, and it's scorching in that rigamarole. I wore it to school for a few years for our yearly Book Parade, and I like to dies each and every time.

Unbelievable (to me, anyway). I had never heard the word "asshat" until your post on this topic the other day. But, interestingly, I heard the term used again just yesterday. I can only conclude that, once again, I am way, way behind the times - and perhaps incredibly unhip. Tragically so, even. ;)
